The company behind the survey tried to contact the 100 online casino sites via phone, email and live chat sessions. One in six phone calls was not answered, and two out of five emails were ignored. In addition to these disappointing results the survey also mentioned that most of these online casino sites do not provide good enough help documents on their sites which would ultimately lessen the need to contact customer service. The online casino industry is becoming increasingly competitive and when choosing an online casino site, fans will be looking at many different aspects including customer support so online casino sites better start treating this very important service more seriously. |
